"23rd Floor, 03:45" is a reflection that makes the human be- ing multiply the disconnection of man and his significance. This video is inspired by the movies “Solaris” (1972) by Andrei Tartovsky and “Lost in Translation” (2003) by Sofía Coppola. Like the latter one mentioned, Planta 23 was recorded in a hotel in To- kyo located in a skyscraper which makes it is possible to contem- plate the entire city from the window.

The characteristics of the location permits that the formalization of the video RECALQUE the character encapsulated of by the life in said conditions; the lack of communication and the isolation are the concepts that are communicated.

This piece is structually similiar to earlier works “MIMEOMAI” and “Un espacio nuevo” being that they have both been conceived as mental time spaces.
